The challenge
As part of their commitment to delivering exceptional resident welfare through wraparound services, they offer residents extended support through an existing meal voucher solution.
While the service worked effectively in many locations, in remote and rural areas food delivery services are often limited or unavailable, leaving some residents without the support they need.
